Ali 'Komikamo' Kamara is a London-based illustrator, graphic designer, animator & Creative Director for DLT Brunch. Inspired by hip-hop and the visual works of Martin Scorsese, Studio Ghibli, and Hype Williams, Komikamo uses these influences to create concepts that address and highlight themes relating to black identity, music and pop culture.
The range of dark to vibrant colours and psychedelic concepts are the cornerstone of his work. Ali has worked on a range of projects, from album artwork and audio-visuals to magazine covers and visual identity, to create engaging visuals for campaigns and causes on every platform.
